a little bit about us

Hey folks, we’re Paolo and Chiarina, we have been together since our university days and live in the heart of Suffolk with our two young daughters. 

Paolo, originally from Caserta in the Campania region of Southern Italy and Chiarina, with family in Lazio have spent their childhoods and post-uni days living in Italy both in the Southern areas and Tuscany. Thanks to our time spent in the country, tasting different regional flavours, we wanted to bring a genuine pizza experience to Suffolk.  For us this starts with using a traditional wood fired oven, AVPN approved flour, hand stretched dough and cooking with the best quality San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and Fior di latte mozzarella as well as other locally sourced, organic ingredients.

With our bespoke made converted horsebox and additional pizza oven , we offer a traditional feel to the local area, giving our customers the experience to watch their pizzas being freshly made to order.
